We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Sales Manager – KSA to lead and drive our sales activities across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, achieving revenue and growth targets, managing key customer and distributor relationships, and expanding the company's market presence across KSA.

The ideal candidate will have strong commercial awareness, proven sales leadership experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a solid understanding of the Saudi market. The role requires the ability to develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and strategic accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and business plans to achieve revenue, profitability, and market-share targets across KSA.

  • Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, markets, customers, distributors, and strategic partnerships.

  • Manage and develop relationships with key customers, distributors, dealers, and other strategic stakeholders.

  • Lead the sales process from lead generation and customer engagement through negotiation, quotation, closing, and after-sales follow-up.

  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product and solution recommendations in coordination with product, technical, and marketing teams.

  • Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, demonstrations, and commercial negotiations.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, customer requirements, and market developments to identify business opportunities and risks.

  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure effective forecasting of sales and revenue.

  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, market updates, and business performance analyses to management.

  • Work closely with marketing teams to plan and execute campaigns, product launches, promotional activities, exhibitions, and industry events.

  • Coordinate with internal teams, including product management, marketing, finance, operations, logistics, and customer service, to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.

  • Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, pricing, and agreements within company policies and approved authority levels.

  • Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve commercial or service-related issues in coordination with relevant departments.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, Saudi regulations, and applicable industry requirements.

  • Represent the company at customer meetings, conferences, exhibitions, seminars, and other business events across Saudi Arabia.
